Ban newline as command separator in bash and fix lint issues

Add newline to the set of banned operators in the command chaining
rule, so commands separated by newlines are caught the same way as
&&, ||, and ;. Also fix promise/prefer-await-to-then and
no-await-in-loop lint warnings in src/index.ts.
