Fix JaCoCo instrumentation failure on databinding classes (#452)

Upgrade JaCoCo from 0.8.11 to 0.8.12 (ASM 9.7) and exclude generated
databinding classes from all JaCoCo instrumentation paths to prevent
"Unable to instrument file" errors on view binding classes.
