Fix JaCoCo compile error by using reflection for Offline class access (#449)

The direct import of org.jacoco.agent.rt.internal.Offline caused a
compilation failure because AGP does not reliably place the JaCoCo
agent runtime JAR on the javac compile classpath. Switch to reflection
to remove the compile-time dependency while preserving runtime
functionality. Debug builds skip R8/ProGuard so the Offline class
remains in the DEX via the debugRuntimeOnly dependency.
