Fix JaCoCo coverage extraction corrupted by adb output noise (#442)

The base64-encoded coverage data retrieved via adb exec-out could be
prefixed with non-base64 text (linker warnings, run-as messages) or
contain \r bytes injected by some adb versions. This caused base64
decoding to produce invalid data that failed JaCoCo magic byte
validation.

Strip \r with tr and filter to base64-only lines with grep before
decoding.
