Fix Add Habit page visibility by suppressing initial category spinner dialog (#435)

When navigating to the Add Habit page with no categories (first launch),
the category Spinner defaults to "New category" (position 0). The
onItemSelected callback fires automatically on the next frame after
adapter setup, triggering showNewCategoryDialog() which overlays an
AlertDialog on the fragment. This prevents Maestro from seeing the
"Add Habit" title text, causing the assertion to fail.

Add an ignoreCategorySelection flag that suppresses the first automatic
onItemSelected call after adapter setup. Subsequent user-initiated
selections proceed normally.

Also update Maestro tests 05 and 13 to use scrollUntilVisible with a
10-second timeout for the "Add Habit" text assertion, and add an
assertVisible guard for the addHabitButton before tapping in test 05,
matching the pattern from test 13.
