Fix Maestro test: increase scroll timeout and speed for Module Visibility (#432)

The scrollUntilVisible for "Module Visibility" was failing because the
default speed (40) and timeout (5000ms) were insufficient to scroll past
the font size radio group and translation settings section. Increased to
speed 60 and timeout 10000ms, matching the pattern used for the Reminder
Settings scroll fix.
