Fix Maestro test: scroll to medicationListCard before tapping (#428)

The medicationListCard is the last card in the diary navigation
ScrollView and falls below the visible area on the emulator. Added
scrollUntilVisible before the tap in both 04_diary_sub_pages and
13_full_navigation_flow tests.
