Fix Maestro test: scroll to Language Settings before asserting visibility (#420)

The "Language Settings" section header is positioned after Storage Settings
and Theme Settings in the layout, which pushes it below the visible viewport
on smaller screens. Added scrollUntilVisible before the assertVisible check,
matching the pattern used for all other below-the-fold sections.
