Log dangling references on import and export (#6906)

Using the datamodel API, we visit each referential field in each field
of imported (and exported) snapshot objects. If we encounter an invalid
reference, we log it.

A reference is considered invalid if:
- During an export, the reference remains internal (continues to refer
to an internal object).
- During an import, the reference remains external (continues to refer
to an object in the export metadata, not a real object).

Opening this as a draft PR to begin with, to gather comments. As of now,
we are still unable to work out why various erroneous references are
retained after import (especially regarding VM `snapshot_of`-related
fields). The hope is this diagnostic will help us catch the culprit in
future.
