retain method signature sortInBatch() without parallel param

- Retain method signature for sortInBatch() that does not specify
parallel flag
   - sortInBatch(File file, Comparator<String> cmp,
                int maxtmpfiles, Charset cs, File tmpdirectory,
                boolean distinct, int numHeader, boolean usegzip)
- Added additional sortInBatch() methods that invoke with default
values.
- Delegate to overloaded sortInBatch() methods in order to apply
default parameter values without repeating
