Add additional Android unit tests to improve coverage (#401)

Expand test coverage across 16 Android test files with ~100 new test
methods targeting low-coverage areas: formatter roundtrip tests for
fragment date/time formatters, edge cases for utility methods like
calculateAverage/truncateLine/parseTimeString, seekbar conversion
symmetry tests, trend line and legend height tests for custom chart
views, scatter/line chart color consistency tests, and boundary tests
for category lookups and adapter data operations.
