Add Android UI regression tests for bottom nav, adapter data, and startup (#395)

Prevent three categories of regressions:
- BottomNavigationRegressionTest: parses bottom_navigation.xml to assert
  at most 5 menu items (BottomNavigationView crashes with 6+), validates
  all items have id/title/icon attributes, and verifies page mappings
- AdapterDataConsistencyTest: verifies getItemCount() always equals backing
  list size for all 8 adapters (Habit, DiaryEntry, SleepEntry, EmotionPair,
  EmotionData, EditHabit, SportLog, FoodLog, MedicationLog) through add,
  remove, and clear operations
- StartupRegressionTest: validates shared static collections are non-null,
  navigation IDs default correctly, remote storage defaults to off, and
  ScreenPagerAdapter page constants are contiguous and within range
