Add tests for previously untested Android classes (#392)

Cover 6 classes that had no test coverage: JsonToSqliteMigration
(migration logic and file existence checks), Api33PermissionHandler
and PreApi33PermissionHandler (notification permission handling),
ReminderReceiver (constants and instantiation), EmotionScatterChartView
(ScatterPair/ScatterEntry inner data classes), and
ViewPager2SwipeSensitivityReducer (null/invalid parameter guards).
