Add tests for untested desktop package classes (#391)

- Add PersistenceManagerTest (10 tests): lifecycle, singleton behavior,
  close/reopen, EntityManager creation
- Add JpaTransactionHelperTest (24 tests): transaction commit/rollback,
  CRUD operations, read-only queries, parameter-based queries, counting
- Expand AddHabitControllerTest (+8 tests): frequency type validation,
  category list handling, setter methods, null safety
- Expand SettingsDialogControllerTest (+9 tests): visibility checkboxes,
  custom translations, reminder settings, connection test edge cases
- Expand SyncDialogControllerTest (+5 tests): getClientVersion, sync
  button disable, whitespace-only field validation, setter methods
