SONATA spec update: change modifications from CamelCase to snake_case (#484)

## Context

SONATA specification has been modified, therefore this PR adapts the
code to the modifications.

## Scope

In particular, the already existing condition modifications (TTX and
ConfigureAllSections) have been switched to snake_case format in order
to match the rest of the simulation config format.

This PR adapts all the references to these modifications from CamelCase
to snake_case.

Note: an updated libsonata is needed for this change.

Existing tests have been adapted. No need for extra tests, as no extra
code has been added.
