Support for Handlebars.SafeString (#27)

* Add "replaceP"-function to enable String replacement with support for Promises and use
  it in the marker-replacement instead of String.prototype.replace. The HTML-value of
  Handlebars.SafeString resolves to a Promise in one test.

* Add a test that calls "isPromiseAlike" with "null" as value. The function was called with "null" in one 
  test before, but due to the refactorings, this caller is gone, so another test must provoke this call.

* Extract sub-functionality in multiple "lib/*"-files for better readability.
