Add unit tests for Android adapter ViewBinding classes (#381)

Expand test coverage for HabitAdapter, EditHabitAdapter,
DiaryEntryAdapter, and EmotionDataAdapter with tests for
constructor initialization, EditedHabitValues defaults,
translation handling, frequency types, scoring rules,
duration computation, significance levels, and boundary
conditions on emotion entry models.
