Disable power-to-square/cube conversion until bingocpp support

- Commented out x^2 -> square(x) and x^3 -> cube(x) conversion in _replace_integer_powers()
- Powers 2 and 3 now expand to multiplication like other powers
- Added detailed comments explaining this is temporary until SQUARE/CUBE implemented in bingocpp
- Updated test names and expectations: test_power_2_to_multiplication, test_power_3_to_multiplication
- Removed test_sqrt_squared_simplification (depends on power-to-square conversion)
- All 43 simplification backend tests pass
