feat(web): renders informative screen when installation fails (#3157)

## Problem

When installation `stage` is `failed` web interface does nothing but
stays in the page users were working with.

## Solution

Renders and informative screen instead as soon as the installation
enters in a failed status

## Additional notes

* All informative pages has been adapted to the usage of
layout/SplitInfoLayout added as part of this PR
* The `download` icon has not been added but only used here to minimize
future merge conflicts since it is already added in
https://github.com/agama-project/agama/pull/3092
* Tests for App.tsx still pending to adapt. Not done as part of this PR
because lack of time.
