fix: resolve typecheck and lint errors from merge conflicts (#122)

- Fix AgentResponseService credential lookup to use array.find() instead of object property access
- Fix ChatEvent import to reference decomposed types.ts instead of ChatService
- Add biome-ignore for regex exec loop pattern in syntax-highlighter
- Fix unused variable in AnthropicClient test
