- New setup.py module (build_config, serialize, write, run_setup, test_connection)
- CLI 'axm-zotero setup' command with guided questions
- Auto-detect missing config with helpful warning
- 30 new unit tests + 5 edge cases + 2 functional E2E tests (96 total)
