Post processing integration test (#4864)(patch)

### Added

- Integration test for the command `cg workflow post-process all` when there is data for one PacBio sequencing run to process.
- Added required contents to `.transferdone` file 
- Updated zip file with barcodes report 
- New xml file with metadata to be parsed by the post processing flow

### Changed

- Integration tests for workflows moved to folder `integration/workflows`
