Migrate from BrowserAnimationsModule to provideNoopAnimations()

- Replaced BrowserAnimationsModule with provideNoopAnimations() in main.ts
- Keep @angular/animations package (required by @angular/platform-browser)
- Use no-op animations provider to disable animation functionality

This migration follows the Angular 21 animation deprecation guidance:

The application has no custom animations, so using provideNoopAnimations()
provides the necessary animation support without the overhead of
BrowserAnimationsModule, reducing bundle size while maintaining compatibility.
