fix: Add Content-Type header to $patchv2 and $delv2 methods

Fiber's BodyParser requires Content-Type: application/json to parse
JSON request bodies. Without it, requests return 422 Unprocessable
Entity. The $postv2 method already had this header but $patchv2 and
$delv2 did not.
