Refactor: simplify code (#1245)

- treeView.ts: Fix duplicate class attribute bug, reduce nesting with early returns, consolidate chevron transform logic
- sortable.ts: Remove empty event listener with obsolete TODO comment
- confirm.ts: Consolidate repeated bootstrap/window.confirm fallback checks, simplify detail type checking
- inline.ts: Consolidate duplicate keydown handlers for inline-edit and inline-add inputs
- sortable-js.ts: Extract common makeSortRequest method to eliminate duplication between initSortable and initSortableTree
