fix(ci): update tests for new password types and entropy calculation

- Update PASSWORD_TYPES tests to expect 8 types (was 4)
- Update VALID_PASSWORD_TYPES tests to expect 8 types
- Update GENERATOR_REGISTRY tests to expect 8 generators
- Fix validateEntropyInputs to only check registry when type is string
- Update perUnit entropy test to expect per-character (6) not per-segment (96)
