fix(cli): resolve CI lint issues

- Fix gofmt/goimports formatting across all new files
- Add nolint:gosec for trusted file operations and SSH subprocess
- Change directory permissions from 0755 to 0750 (gosec G301)
- Remove unnecessary string() conversions (unconvert)
- Remove embedded field from selectors (staticcheck QF1008)
- Add nolint:errcheck for defer Close() and stdout writes
- Replace hard tabs with spaces in plan markdown (MD010)
