Convert InitablePersonCreator and child components to standalone

- Made InitablePersonCreator standalone: true (was false)
- Explicitly marked 5 child components as standalone:
  - PersonFamilyChildListComponent
  - PersonParentFamiliesComponent
  - PersonFamilyListComponent
  - PersonParentFamilyComponent
  - PersonFamilyComponent
- Removed empty ngOnInit/ngOnChanges methods from 4 components:
  - LinkDialogComponent (removed both)
  - AttributeListItemDetailListComponent (removed ngOnInit)
  - UserButtonsComponent (removed ngOnInit)
  - LinkPersonDialogComponent (removed ngOnChanges)
- Removed OnInit/OnChanges interfaces from components with empty methods
- Updated corresponding test files to remove tests for deleted lifecycle methods
- Fixed FileSystemStorageServiceTest to use assertTrue instead of assert

All tests passing (1066/1066)
