- Fix test paths (tests/ not tests/integration/)
- Fix healthcheck for Service Bus emulator (use nc instead of curl)

- Add clarifying comments for emulator passwords
- Update documentation with correct paths

* fix(azure): revert azure-cosmos to <4.14.0 to fix partition_key bug

The Dependabot PR #1111 raised the version constraint from <4.14.0 to <4.15.0,
but the partition_key regression (Issue #43662) still exists in 4.14.x.

This was causing the embedding service to fail with:
TypeError: Session.request() got an unexpected keyword argument 'partition_key'

Reverting to <4.14.0 to fix production failures.
