feat: add --tasks-only mode (#58)

* feat: add --tasks-only mode for task execution without reviews

Add ModeTasksOnly to processor with runTasksOnly method that executes
only Phase 1 (task loop) and skips all review phases. Add --tasks-only
CLI flag that creates branch, runs tasks, and moves plan to completed.

* docs: document --tasks-only flag in README, CLAUDE.md, and llms.txt

* chore: move tasks-only-flag plan to completed

* fix: use Eventually for branch creation test to avoid flaky timing
