feat(remote-workload): support custom headers for remote mcp (#1532)

* fix: bearer token conflict with add_headers_from_secret

* refactor: remove auto-generation of secret names for custom headers

Let users have full control over secret names for custom headers,
as header names may be case-sensitive and users know best what
naming convention they need.

* test: add collision handling test for header_forward secrets

Verifies that when a header secret name collides with an existing
secret, the renamed secret name from the store is correctly used
in the API request (e.g., MY_SECRET → MY_SECRET_2).

Also fixes auth_type in tests: 'none' → 'auto_discovered' to match
the updated schema.

* fix: sync secret name with header name for custom header secrets

When users enter a custom secret value for headers, the secret name
is now automatically set to match the header name. This ensures the
secret is properly created in the store with a valid identifier.
