chore: Rename --device-type flag to --compatible-types

Replace the --device-type CLI flag with --compatible-types across all
write subcommands (rootfs-image, module-image, bootstrap-artifact).
The short flag alias -t is preserved for backward compatibility.

Also change *Compatible devices* to *Compatible types* in the
`read` command output.

Changelog: The --device-type CLI option is now replaced with more generic --compatible-types
Ticket: MEN-9010
BREAKING CHANGE: --compatible-types must now be used instead of --device-type
