Captured Provider scan code bug in unit test.

The Provider scan code doesn't recognize classes implementing multiple
interface, where the Provider interface isn't first in the list of
interfaces.

The failing test Jsr330ActivatorTest.testFindProvidersMultipleInterfacesWithProviderNotFirst()
is marked @Ignored in this commit, to avoid failing the continous integration.
