Playbook input/output schemas: Support for $ref; Default unspecified type (#109)

Details:

* Added support for using $ref to local definitions in the JSON schemas
  for input and output parameters.

* Unspecified 'type' in JSON schemas for input and output parameters
  lead to a undefined object error in some cases. This was fixed
  by defaulting the type to 'string'.
