feat: IcDbmsAgentClient for external systems

Add a new client implementation using ic-agent to allow external systems
(frontend applications, backend services, CLI tools) to communicate with
IC DBMS canisters.

- Add IcDbmsAgentClient with full Client trait implementation
- Add ic-agent feature flag to ic-dbms-client
- Add IcAgentError for agent-specific error handling
- Update documentation with usage examples
- Reorganize integration tests into separate modules
- Add comprehensive tests for the agent client
- Update Rust toolchain to 1.93.0
