TemplateMetadata: add the "split" attribute and enchance the "aggregate"

* "aggregate" can now also be "join" with a given join string
* "split" on a given string added after the "aggregate"
* "map" moved at the very and of value processing (after "split")
* fix ValueMapper::getStaticMapping() (and adjusts the tests config init
  so it works the same way as in the index.php)
