feat(site): add modern landing page with docs subdirectory

- Create standalone landing page with hero, features, workflow,
  customization, planning, and install sections
- Move MkDocs documentation to /docs/ subdirectory
- Update site URLs from ralphex.umputun.dev to ralphex.com
- Add docs-src to .gitignore (generated during build)
- Update Makefile for new site structure
