* Add debug plotting for kappa fit and OF visualization

Introduces detailed debug plots for the kappa fitting process and optimal filter (OF) visualization, including raw and smoothed profiles, best-fit curves, and template overlays. This aids in diagnosing and understanding the fitting and classification steps.

* Add test for optimal filter debug mode

Introduces a test to verify that the optimal filter's debug mode returns additional arrays, calls plt.show(), and does not crash. The test checks the validity and shapes of returned values and ensures proper cleanup of matplotlib figures.

* Refactor optimal filter with helper functions and add tests

Extracted helper methods for signal window extraction, shifted template FFT computation, kappa fitting, and debug plotting in DxHitClassification. Updated optimal_filter to use these helpers for improved readability and maintainability. Added comprehensive unit tests for the new helper functions, including edge cases and error handling.
