Force delete as url query string (#34)

* Changed http delete method to use forceDelete as query param.

* Api updates.

* destroy method use force param using Input::has method. It is the same as it is used in BlockController::destroy.

* Api documentation updates.

* We do not need custom delete route entry, becouse the same method is served by the resource method.

* Docs updates.

* Fix some code formatting errors.

* Add delete route.

* Add tests to cover content deleting.

* Add default value if force param is empty.

* We don't need to soft delete content or block before we perform hard delete.

* Use getByIdWithTrashed method for block and content controllers and for their functional tests.

* Refactor destroy method to use getById and getDeletedById methods.

* Merge branch 'master' into GC-57_forceDelete-as-url-query-string

* Use Input::get instead of Input::has.

* Simplify logic.

* Changed PLATFORM_BRANCH const for testing purpose.

* Update .travis.yml
