Improved playbook/role spec file format and templates (#106)

Details:

* Made 'description' property in playbook mandatory for input/output options
  when specified using the Ansible format.

* Added a check for the presence of the 'description' property for
  input/output options when specified using JSON schema.

* Made 'short_description' property in playbook and role examples optional.

* Fixed the playbook templates to support default 'str' for the optional
  'type' property of options.

* Made 'code' property in role examples mandatory.

* Fixed the incorrect check for an omitted 'items' element for type=array
  when processing JSON schemas in the playbook templates.
