Respect scss_files option in Rake tasks

The way we had implemented the FileFinder caused us to not respect the
`scss_files` config option when running SCSS-Lint via the Rake task
integration.

Work around this by passing in `scss_files` to the FileFinder rather
than have the finder know of its existence.

Fixes #726
