Fix E2E test runner to find CSV file in different locations

- Auto-detect CSV file location (project root or tests directory)
- Check multiple paths: provided path, tests/file, and alongside script
- Fixes CI/CD failures where test file could not be found
- Tests now pass when run from any directory
