fix: restore CTK/K8s validation and fix test schema

- Restore NVIDIAContainerToolkit.Validate() that was removed
- Restore Kubernetes.Validate() that was removed
- Add corresponding unit tests for both validation functions
- Fix test YAML files: rootVolume.size → rootVolumeSizeGB

The cluster validation was added but existing CTK/K8s validation
was inadvertently removed. This commit restores both alongside
the new cluster validation.
