fix(sstable): add mutex to prevent race condition in DecRef/Close

The file field was being accessed without synchronization in DecRef()
and Close(), causing a data race when multiple goroutines called these
methods concurrently during compaction.

Added fileMu mutex to protect file field access and also set file to nil
in Close() to prevent double-close scenarios.
