feat: switch to freeeve/msgpck and add safety improvements

- Replace vmihailenco/msgpack with freeeve/msgpck (no pre-allocation DoS)
- Add dirty flag to BitmapFilter/SortColumn to skip redundant saves
- Add bounds checking in Index.ReadFrom (gram size, ngram count, bitmap size)
- Improve fuzz.sh with corpus copying and signal handling
