Improves alias check and testing helpers

Refines the alias check to consider the actual package name instead of just the base name when determining if an alias is necessary. This prevents flagging aliases when the base name matches the current package but the actual package name differs.

Adds caching mechanism to speed up package name lookup.

Updates testing helpers for better readability.
