feat: add multinode Kubernetes cluster support (#562)

This commit adds comprehensive support for provisioning multinode
Kubernetes clusters on AWS, including high availability configurations.

## API Changes
- Add ClusterSpec for control-plane and worker pool definitions
- Add HAConfig for HA settings (etcd topology, load balancer type)
- Add ClusterStatus for tracking node health and endpoints
- Comprehensive validation for cluster configurations

## AWS Provider
- Multi-instance provisioning with role-based tagging
- VPC networking with proper security groups for cluster traffic
- Network Load Balancer support for HA control-plane endpoints
- Source/destination check disabled for Calico CNI

## Cluster Provisioner
- Parallel base provisioning on all nodes
- Sequential control-plane initialization and joining
- Worker node joining with proper token management
- Node role labeling and taint configuration
- GPU hardware detection (skip NVIDIA driver on CPU-only nodes)
- Fresh credential generation for scale-up support

## CLI Enhancements
- Non-interactive mode for automation
- Cluster status monitoring with health checks
- Improved create flow with dedicated control-plane prompts

## Tests & Documentation
- E2E tests for minimal, GPU, and HA cluster configurations
- Multinode cluster documentation and examples
- Unit tests for cluster provisioning logic
