* Fixed Prometheus to use transforms to properly start up, fixed drift issues with DB migration job

* Fixed PostCSS version

* Added resource limits for wait-for-prometheus-crds init container so it can finish booting up

* Updated to supported kubectl version for crd wait job

* Fixed kubectl init container to use bash instead of sh because it doesn't contain sh

* Apparently, bitnami does not have actual versions, switching to using latest

* Reverted all the Prometheus init jobs because they simply do not work

* Fixed prometheus secret so it can scrape api for metrics

* Ran formatter

* Fixed Grafana alert templates
