feat(core): Implement Git and Secure Credential Services

Adds the packages/core module with:
- Git client using isomorphic-git
- Git operations (clone, status, add, commit, push)
- Secure credential service using expo-secure-store

Note: packages/core is excluded from TypeScript compilation until
API compatibility issues are resolved.
