[Claude] Update Fortify documentation - issue fixed in v1.33.0 (#28)

The issue where RedirectIfTwoFactorAuthenticatable bypassed custom
UserProvider implementations has been fixed in Fortify v1.33.0
(PR #582, merged December 2024).

Updated README to:
- Change WARNING to NOTE since the issue is resolved
- Clearly state that v1.33.0+ users don't need the workaround
- Move the workaround code into a collapsible section for older versions
